New formula is NOT for my sensitive skin
I've been buying and using the 'Oil-free moisturiser for sensitive skin' for years, after much trial and error with other companies/products. I narrowed down my problem and made sure I avoided all products with citric oil/acid (which this product didn't have).
I recently bought a new bottle and noted the change in packaging which said something about a new look but NOTHING about a formula change and stupidly I didn't check. Cut to 5 days later and my face has been breaking out and is burning hot - I suddenly wonder about checking the ingredients.
Yes, turns out it's not just a new look but a new formula which includes CITRIC ACID.
I'm so upset I'm almost in tears at being so let down by a brand I've trusted and relied on for years - people with sensitive skin need to know if things change!
Needless to say I am back to square one in seeking an appropriate product, and will be thoroughly checking ingredients lists no matter what.

Bring the old one back!
Please bring the old moisturiser back! It was a unique formula that contained no Phenoxyethanol and had a large loyal following. Make the bottle smaller if you have to in order to increase sales if that’s the issue. Learn from the arnotts shapes change that a new change isn’t always a good change. The new moisturiser is okay, but it contains Phenoxyethanol for one. It certainly doesn’t differentiate from all the other same old moisturisers on the market. It makes my foundation turn yellow-orange, dries out my eyes and my skin doesn’t look as healthy and fresh as before. I prefer a basic moisturizer so that I can add additional skin care if I need. Bring the old one back!

Love love love!!
This is super great. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and prone to clogging. I don’t need much of this and it’s lightweight, moisturising and sinks in right away! This product seems to hydrate my skin so well and in an effortless way which is a major selling point for me.

Not the same formula as previous moisturiser
I recently bought this moisturiser when I was looking to refill my usual neutrogena sensitive skin moisturiser. I really wanted to love this but it really disappointed me as the old product was absolutely perfect.This one is more oily and stings whenever I use it after cleansing my face - not good for a sensitive skin product - it also usually ends up being too heavy and clogging my pore too much that I sweat it off pretty quickly.

An excellent all rounder
I have been really, truly happy with this moisturiser. I have tried many "lightweight" "intense hydrating" style moisturisers over the years and they have never really wowed me (or my skin). Neutrogena has created an excellent sensitive skin moisturiser that happily sits of bare skin or under a layer of makeup or sunscreen without negatively impacting my appearance. It doesn't feel to heavy or greasy at all, but still provides great hydration to the skin. I also really like how the pump only let's out a pea sized amount with each press, allowing me to easily get out how much I need for my face, and then come back for a small amount to touch up any drier areas.

Lives up to its name
I have been using this product for four weeks now and can attest to it being "ultra-gentle" - I haven't experienced any skin reactions using this product despite having sensitive skin. I use it to lock in moisture after exfoliation and it makes my skin feel soft, smooth, and fresh. It also makes my skin glisten (without looking greasy) which is a plus. The packaging also makes it very easy to dispense and use the product.
