NEUTROGENA® T/GEL® Shampoo contains 2% active ingredient Neutar® (Equivalent to 0.5% W/V Coal Tar) which is clinically proven to fight itchy flaking scalp conditions, by slowing down cell proliferation and reducing scaling. NEUTROGENA® T/GEL® Shampoo is an effective therapeutic agent for patients with moderate to severe seborrheic dematitis of the scalp.

NEUTAR® is the result of a proprietary process that extracts the key elements of coal tar in a form which has a pleasant fragrance. NEUTROGENA® T/GEL® Conditioner can be used to complement the effectiveness of Neutrogena® T/GEL® Shampoo and contains no oils or wax, so hair has body and shine, and is never limp from waxy build up.
